Parcel Nightmare - No delivery

Its disgusting to think third time round that when FastnFurious Couriers end up with my EDCON parcel the route seems to have been tampered with... Not sure how this happens. Also no explanation. Bottom line is I have to put up a huge fight to get my parcel. The same problem happened in May 2018 and again in August 2018. I also do not understand how this parcel ended up with FastnFurious when the order reads D.....W... - very reliable and no address issues ever in the past ten years.. How is this justified ?
