Package delivered to wrong place and contact number doesn't work
Been waiting for a delivery by Fast and Furious, only to find it was 'delivered' and signed for by 'Sanele', no clue where it was delivered to or who Sanele is. Tried calling their number ***only to hear a message saying 'Sorry, the dialed number is not in service'. So, Fast and Furious, where is my package?

The incorrect update was shown on PackageNinja's site, but was correct on Fast and Furious' tracking page, and after confusion about the delivery address it was returned to the sender. Tamara kept me up to date and I was very impressed with the speed of the investigation and communication.
