over promise no delivery

<p>After 50 plus phone calls and so many arrangements I still have not received my parcel. It was filled with fathers day gifts. My clients are so disappointed and so am I. </p> <p>I phoned Tuesday and Wednesday last week to check and confirm that they have the right info for delivery as there is a dr in the hospital with the same surname as mine. They did exactly what I asked them not to do...went to the drs rooms...where no one sells AVON. returned it to the depot.</p> <p>Then after many many draining attempts to get the parcel in time ,</p> <p>they promised delivery on Thursday afternoon at my residence, we waited for them not to show up.</p> <p>today I phoned 6 x. this morning Naledi tells me Ilaam organised everything and I will get my deliveryTODAY.</p> <p>7hours pass I phone again Naledi says: Mam the parcel was collected and the driver has 48 hours to deliver.... I have never struggled with basic communication like this in my life.</p> <p>It makes trying to keep my clients happy impossible.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not happy at all.</p>
