over promise and under deliver

I sell avon products and they use fast and furious as the courier. I called the courier to confirm when I'm going to get my order and I was advised that the driver will deliver between 3-4 pm today, but by 4pm they had not delivered. I called them and the first consultant hung up on me and I called again just to be told that the driver will deliver tomorrow between 8-12pm. <br> <br> Now I'm stuck with customers who are coming to my place to collect their orders and now I have to ask them to come again tomorrow.<br> <br>
