Order not Delivered
I placed an order on the 11th of May and according to homechoice the order was dispatched. I did a follow-up today and they informed me that my order has sent for delivery on the 20th and not delivered. The order has been returned to the warehouse, surprisingly I haven’t received a call regarding order. Yet I have used this address numerous times and my orders get delivered, not even called to give them directions if the crew was lost. Tried calling them and none of the 2 numbers on their website are going through.

Our investigation has been completed and it has been confirmed that this order was not handed to Fast & Furious to deliver but to another courier service provider of Homechoice.
I unfortunately am unable to assist you further with your complaint, and been requested to ask you to contact the Customer service department of Homechoice directly for assistance.
