One- But only because there's no option for Zero: The strange case of the missing package and the missing courier company

I wish there was an option to choose ZERO, as that is exactly how much service I got from them. My parcel should have taken a few days, yet three weeks later I had nothing - Not a phone call, not an SMS, and, importantly, not a parcel. There seems to be a complicated online system whereby you can lodge an enquiry... Don't bother, though. Unless being ignored makes you tick. It is as if they do not exist. As does my parcel, which I have now learnt from the sender, had been lost. Gone. In existence no more. But let's not tell the recipient. Or, rather, non-recipient. Do they even actually exist?
