(NOT SO) Fast&Furious

This has to be the most pathetic excuse for a courier service EVER. I (am supposed to) receive parcels from Justine once a month, delivered by (Not so) Fast& Furious. This is the second time they try and deliver to my work at some ungodly hour of the day, completely outside of business hours. They don't have the decency to phone and say they couldn't deliver the parcel, they don't bother to try and make other arrangements. Every time i had to phone and try and track the parcel. Last week I tried to track a parcel that was supposed to have been delivered last Wednesday. The lady assured me the parcel was out for delivery that day again (20 December). Needless to say, it didn't arrive. This morning I called twice already to try and track it. I was told it is still at their depot and they cannot contact the depot to check on the delivery status. Poor service and terribly uninterested staff to actually solve a problem. There is definitely NOTHING Fast about this company and the only furious thing, is their customers because of their terrible service!
