Not so fast and made me furious

This is one of Takelots couriers and I think they should stop using them. I received a message from takelot that the package would be delivered and waited the whole day. They did not show. Then 2 days later the same thing happened again. I have no idea when the package will be delivered. Its been 6 days today. If you are thinking of using not so fast and made me furious couriers dont.
