Not fast just made me furious

I am frustrated and annoyed at the service or lack thereof I received from fast and furious couriers in connection with an order I placed through a well known online clothing store. It took two weeks and numerous emails and calls and follow up for me to finally get through the correct address to them. Painfully aggravating to have dealt with this company
