Not fast but very infuriating (Fast and furious )

My initial order was done in May ,the packages were delivered to the courier DC in Johannesburg on the 15th of June ,I received part of the order on the shortly after ,and was told the rest of my order would arrive the next day ,a month later my order has not arrived .

I have done an online query form twice - no answer I phoned and the lady out spoke to said she was going to check for my delivery and call me back ,no call back . I phoned again yesterday on the 13th of July the lady I spoke to Bonolo said I should have my parcel latest 5pm .

I’ve being on the line for about 30 minutes and no one had answered .

Does the order still exist .
