Not fast but infuriating

Pathetic service. I ordered wine during lockdown. Naturally I was going to wait until the lockdown ban on alcohol was lifted before my package could be delivered. It has now however been 2 weeks since the ban was lifted , and by the waynill tracking it seems as though they are passing it from door to door in the warehouse. I have since the lift of the ban not reveived any communication from them. Requests only provide me with a tracking number which lands me back in square one.

Horrible service!
