NOT Fast at all!!

They are NOT fast and I am furious!! Takealot better catch a wake-up and get rid of this *********** courier. They have caused me to lose a huge order today as the goods needed to complete the order that was supposed to be delivered on 13.12.22 never arrived. Managed to get a FF waybill number from. Takealot, went on to their tracking site, and NO UPDATES!! NO answering of.phones, NOTHING!!! Pathetic. I am not leaving it here!!!
