Non delivery and suggestion to go fetch parcel at the warehouse!!!!

i ordered a parcel from Takealot which was supposed to arrive today and it didn't. Nobody from Takealot and Fast and Furious contacted me about a delayed delivery and i had to run around making calls to find out where my parcel is. Only to my surprise it is still at the warehouse in Middleburg and i was even informed that i should go fetch it there. Imagine driving 200kms just to go fetch a parcel which is supposed to be delivered to me!!! what incompetence is this????? I am really furious and this company succeeds in making people furious fast!!!! I am ****ed off to the core! Takealot shouldnt even bother to use such couriers!!!!
