NO SERVICE
I have ordered a trampoline for a birth day present, Fast and Furious is sitting with it on their floor for the past two weeks. They are situated in Edenvale and I am in Kempton Park. Every second day I phoned I even send them e-mail - no luck, I offered to collect the parcel myself - no response on that either. According to the lady I spoke this was scheduled to be delivered last week already but still nothing and nobody can tell me what I need to do to get my order. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I EVER EXPERIENCED FROM A COURIER COMPANY.

04 Dec 2020, 14:00After Fast and Furios phoned me to inform me that I can collect my parcel, I send a driver on Wednesday the 2nd of December just to be informed that they cannot assist. On Thursday a lady contacted me to inform me that the parcel will be delivered on Friday the 4th of December. I contacted them to be informed that the parcel will only be delivered on Monday. This is a birthday present and the birthday if on Saturday the 5th of December NOT ON MONDAY THE 7TH OF DECEMBER - and this after the parcel has been on their floor for 2 weeks - PATHETIC
