No service

I have had the worst experience time and again with this courier company why does big retail stores use them .I was awaiting a parcel which after calling was confirmed I will receive by latest yesterday .After several calls still nothing the staff at the Durban outlet is very unhelpful and you can never through to a manager .Kenusha has been the only helpful person who actually took the effort to assist me.Atleast of the 4 employees I spoke to 1 has some idea of customer service.still have not received my items yet so disappointing.EFC **********
