no delivery, no service

up until now I ad never had of this courier, I placed an order with Take a lot which was scheduled for delivery on the 30th, because this is a large order it doesnt have the option to colloct. The delivery date came and no one showed up... This morning when I call them I'm told they tried to deliver ( a lie).... nobody came o my house, nobody called me and tis chick on the phone says they can now deliver it to my workplace since I'm gonna be at work on monday.... an entire washing machine. to top it off no refference is given for my call, I can be cc'ed in the email that is being sent to the branch holding my order, How Takealot can be working with a courier company that is so *********** is beyond me. I want my order.... u dont even have to deliver it.... just tell me where it is and I will collect it.
