No delivery

My invoice number is ***5 my order was shopped on the 18/01/16 till now i havent received it when i call the call center they telling me me that the driver returned the box because there is no one at home, the lady by the name of Thando from call center told me that they will call me when they at the gate but still they did not call, surprisingly not even a single day leaving the house with out a person, because i cannot afford to loose my clients i will have to inform avon not to send my order via fast and furious there are so many deliveries from different couries they dont face the problem fast and furious faces
