No Delivery

I am an avon consultant, i placed my orders early in December to avoid late delivery. Avon has given my order to Fast +furious courier company to deliver my goods. This driver who deliver in Die Hoewes area of Centurion has failed to deliver my package for a week now! I called avon and Fast+furious, asked them where my package is, all they can answer is that it is out on delivery and it will be delivered latest today! Well it is a week now and everyday goes by where i still have not received my package and i cannot give my customers their orders for Christmas. this is unacceptable, Fast+furious courier customer service is horrible. I never want to do business with them again, and all i want is my December package! my order number is ***5
