No Delivery

I have been waiting for my order that was dispatched from Avon on 29 June 2015. I just got off the phone with Isaac, offering to collect my order. He was nothing but rude. It seems like he wants to keep my order for himself. I have been calling the office since Wednesday 01 July, trying to make sure that I get my order, they are also failing to get hold of him. I am so disappointed because last month I also had to make sure that my order was delivered. It was delivered VERY LATE. I'm extrely disappointed.
