No delivery

Been waiting for my parcel dor 3 days now everyday they sent a text that it will be delivered . It's really an inconvenience, visitors are not allowed to my estates so I have to arrange the parcel to be dropped at security everyday And they don't deliver now I sound like a stupid to the fsecurity
