no customer service

<p>I have been trying to contact fast and furious in pretoria however no one is answering the phone. i need to receive my parcel as the driver is not reaching, they cannot give his number and i cant even get a hold of them so they can link me with him. i sent an email to fast and furious and no response. what does one do in such a case, why is there a contact number if we cannot get hold of the company.</p>
