No attempt was made to deliver my parcel

My Avon parcel was dispatched for delivery to my home on the 1st February 2018 by FnF Couriers and did not reach my address at all ,instead the parcel was taken back to the distribution centre and then back to Johannesburg with no reason or notification.I have been trying to call the cape town branch but cant get through at all.The Johannesburg branch was able to assist me with tracking my parcel.Its now the 8th of February and Im still waiting for my parcel.My previous order was politely left with someone in the road where I live without my knowledge or instruction causing a huge inconvenience and the risk of my parcel being ******. Do these drivers just get to do with our goods as they please.
