NEVER AGAIN 😠

“Good day, I have an order that was scheduled for delivery yesterday(06.12.2023) from Takealot (Order #***). On the app it says the parcel has been delivered to your facilities last week Saturday(02.12.06) and still shows(08.12.2023) that it hasn’t even left your courier facility yet.

This is a real inconvinience as I made arrangements to have someone collect it on my behalf yesterday and also had to ask again for today.

May I please be assisted in the above matter? What is the update?”

This is an email I sent and pleaded for the status of my parcel from these people but to no avail. No working email nor do they answer calls. I had to call Takealot to push them to apply pressure on these people 👎🏽. Bare in mind that I had to ask my 61 year old mom to wait for 2 full days for them for her birthday present.

Please reconsider if you’re willingly going for them as your parcel’s courier. If you see their name on your order, just know your order will not be delivered on time.
