MOST USELESS COURIER COMPANY IN SA

The most useless courier company I have ever come across. Full of promises on which they never deliver. Have been trying to get a text book delivered to my daughter in Stellenbosch - she was phoned and told it would be delivered on 17 March 2021 before 17:00. Every day since then, we have phoned and it has been "out for delivery today". The company who sent the parcel, has been in constant contact with Fast and Furious, spoke to the manager of the Cape Town branch yesterday, who promised him that the delivery would take place before 17:00 on Tuesday, 23 March 2021. Well, guess what? Still no delivery - and told again by Fast and Furious this morning that it is "out for delivery today".

These guys are not fast and all they manage to do is make their customers furious. It is a pity I had to give a one star rating before I could write my review, because I would have preferred not to give them any stars at all.
