Most pathetic courier company ever !

Pathetic service !! I dont know why takealot would use them. Courier guy always used to deliver my parcels and i always received excellent service. This time fast and furious was supposed to deliver my parcel but didnt. When i phoned they said they were at my address but i wasnt home, which is a absolute lie. !! If they even were at my address must i smell there is someone at my gate if they dont even call or anything !! PATHETIC !!
