<p>So I am waiting for a parcel to be delivered to me since the 12rh. I have now phoned them 5 times to ask that the parcel be delivered around 16:45 in the afternoon. With every call I am told they have given the driver the instructions only to check the tracking to see non delivery by driver no at home and all of them are early in the day.</p>

The address has been changed for the delivery as requested in order for it to be delivered today. We have been in communication with the driver and will stay in communication with him until such time as receive confirmation of the delivery.
