MIssing shipment from my delivery.

I received a delivery from from them on the 21st June 2020, however my shipment was short, The delivery guy was in such a hurry. I said to him the order is sort and where is the rest. He assured me the rest is coming. I have not heard anything back form the couriers. When I track my order it shows 5 items was delivered and I only received one. i order through takealot and I have escalated to them already on Monday 22nd of June and again on the 23rd and again on the 24th of June and still no response. I have also tried to call the couriers and only get a machine, I mailed them and awaiting response.

I HAVE ULTIMATELY PAID FOR GOODS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED.
