Misleading and unsatisfactory
It's been a week now that I've been waiting for my parcel to be delivered. I got an SMS yesterday morning saying the parcel was on its way. I was home the whole day waiting to receive the call from the courier but nothing. Then this morning I get an SMS saying the delivery attempt was unsuccessful. Never got any call . Now I have NO IDEA whatsoever when my parcel will arrive.
