Making me Furious

I will definitely not use them for any of my packages ever again, I have sent continuous emails to them and have had no reply, I have phoned them more than once, where every time I need to hold on for 10, 20 to 30 minutes before I speak to a consultant. When I asked them to deliver my package I gave clear instructions that it need to be delivered before 13:00 as it is at a school, and after that time there will be no one at the delivery address. I gave 2 alternative numbers for the driver to phone me on, and still he didn't even phoned back, just returned my parcel, when I phoned this morning, the lady I spoke to said she will notify the driver that he must phone me 1hour prior to delivery, he was then about 80kilometers from the delivery address, it is now almost 5 to 6 hours later, I phoned them again, and the lady said she cant recall any phone call of this morning, which made me furious, she then said she would phone the driver and ask him where he is, and he already passed the town of delivery without even stopping or phoning me to say he is in the town, which to me is not how you do business, now they say they can't give me the drivers number, which I totally understand, but I would rather communicate with the driver than to the consultants of the courier company as they don't help at all, or give the correct instructions to the driver.
