Madly confused delivery courier

Very disappointed. I ordered take a lot on the 5th of February, my parcel was handed to you on the 10th of February as per the system updates... Then on 26th of February apparently delivered, which by the way was NOT delivered... A few days later a delivery person calls from another province to deliver my parcel... What madness!!! Then I found out apparently my parcels was there but was sent back and then delivery keeps being rescheduled... And then they send a delivery person for a collection? FOR WHAT? I have not received anything??????????? STILL WAITING 22 DAYS LATER! And there is no way to get hold of anyone, just send an email... REALLY and you will respond in 24hrs??? Because of you and your delays I now do not have Birthday gifts for someone special to me tomorrow! I am so annoyed and unhappy!!!
