Lies lies

I am a rep for Avon l today i have suffered in silence for the very last time.<br> <br> I called to confirm where my order is that was meant to have arrived the day before,I get told well you signed for it last night at 7pm .<br> <br> which i have not signed for i have called the company endlessly today trying to confirm where my parcel is and it is a whole back and forth and empty promises of call backs which never happen. I have gone to lengths of requesting my family to ask neighbours if they received my parcel.<br> <br> every person i have spoke to doeant know how to help or what to do and the driver who ensured that my parcel would be collected and dropped has pitched i am FURIOUS I WANT ANSWERS ON THE PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE<br> <br>
