Left hanging by fast and furious

I had made a purchase online on the 26th of August 2020 due to be deliverd on the 1st of September and this company was the third party corrier that was suppose to deliver my parcel, i made inquires during the week about my package to no avail. Eventually on Friday (tge 4th of Sept 2020) i managed to be connected to one of the customer services personal from the company and they assured me the package will get to me by 17h00....but that never happend

Eventually at 18h14 a person who identified themself as the delivery man called me and asked me where i am, i told him im home. He got annoyed and asked why i wasnt at the pick up point.. As if i was suppose to wait at the garage the whole night for him. I told him i can be there in 10 min he reluctently agreed.

When i made it to the arranged pick up point i lokk for him and... Nothing. When i called him i found out he was in the wrong place, the opposite garage and when i told him this he said hes living and tock my package with him. We tried to call him back but he refused to pick up the phone.

I am shocked and outraged at this kind of behaviour. I thought this was suppose to be convinient.
