Late delivery from Courier company

My order from Takealot was scheduled for yesterday June 11 and the parcel is with Fast and Furious Pretoria branch since June 10. They don’t provide reasons for the delay and now want to inconvenience me regarding my delivery date. I want my order to be delivered and never have to deal with your bad service.

Still waiting for call from Nicole the Branch Manager in Pretoria.
