late delivery and not reliable

I ordered my things with justine as per norm and it was received by fast and furious on the 13th March. It has been almost 3 weeks which is too long and the strange part is that even if i try to phone their johannesburg number they will just transfer me to polokwane without even trying to resolve the matter, that call centre is hopeless, and polokwane will just promise me that my order is with the driver to be delevered same day which I never received it, I've been phouning and phouning <br> <br> That's when the headache started as those people transfer me from one person to another and had to wait for more than 10 minutes that is unreasonable. I can't be waiting for weeks when my customers need their things and I cant even order because I have to pay first for goods I haven't received it yet. I just want my parcel. I hope Justine stops using such a company or rather snail again to deliver peoples orders as Fast and furious couriers are not reliable and unfriendly.
