late delivery

Good day<br> <br> I expecting my parcel from avon which was sent through Fast and Furious courier according to them their estimated delivry time is 48-72hours mon-fri. according to trackin infor on their website my packeage was handed over to them on the 25th of May but today is 04 June still no delivery of my parcel. i have been calling their call center every day from Monday and they have been telling it will delivered its out with the driver but now its now over 72hrs their delivery time. invoice no ***2
