late delivery

<p>I have encounted dissapointement with this business more than twice. justine send me messages to tell me that i will receive my order in +-4 days, but i ended up receiving the order after 7 days. now i have 2 orders that are still with fast and furious, when i called they told me that the driver returned the parcel because there was noone which is a lie because i used my work address...and they didn't even bothered to contact me.the services is very bad..i wish if justine/ Avon can get us another courier company</p>
