LATE DELIVERY

I have been expecting a delivery since Monday 29/02/2016, the parcel has been out for delivery for two days already and no delivery still. This is the third day i am waiting for the delivery. I Have contacted the courier company on numerous occasions in the past two days and all times i have contacted them, i get the same respond from all agents \ Mam, your parcel will be delivered today\", there was a point where one of the agents was rude to me, this is unacceptable as i am the client. instead of assisting me, i am told that the courier was unable to deliver the day before and the parcel had to be handed over to a different driver the following day and still no delivery. I have asked for an ETD to be provided to me, and their response is unfortunately we are unable to provide an ETD. Why not make the unsuccessful deliveries for the previous day a priority the next day as it is not the clients fault that the parcel was undelivered the day before. "
