Lack of Service

I've never come across the worst delivery service like this one. Received a message on 09/10/2020 with a waybill number. And that was it nothing further from them. Every time I track my parcel on their website it's either out on delivery or returned to the warehouse. Shoddy service/Lack of communication or they just don't care. I've never waited this long for supplements to be delivered.
