Lack of Service and Broken Promices

I would like to thank the not one but three phone operators that told me my order would be delivered today even if they had to deliver after hours, my Takealot order has been out for delivery since the 29th of May, I'm ready to give up on ever receiving my order, this was shipped on the 25th of May
