Lack of communication

I received a sms to say my parcel is out for delivery last week, I am still waiting for the parcel to be delivered. I have made numerous phone calls the past two days and I still have no idea where the parcel is. On Monday I was told it would be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday morning I was told it would be delivered the same day. The afternoon I was told it would only be delivered on Wednesday, the operator then assured me that she would return my phone call to update me as I am waiting for baby essentials and I live on a farm. I have still not heard from Fast and Furious. My email I sent on Monday still has not been answered two days later. I have no idea where my parcel is and will now need to purchase the goods in store because I dont know when they will arrive.
