Just not golden service

I’m thankful that the parcels being couriered arrived and safely at that. However, the people who serviced us really needed the help of a GPS, and some training in customer service would really have gone a long way helping to make Fast & Furious a courier service that I would consider using in future. Friendliness, helpfulness and kindness in particular would have been appreciated.
