Items Undelivered!!!

I received a text message on Monday, 4 October 2021 advising that my Platinum Life parcel (it included a tracking number) was ready to be delivered by Fast n Furious driver Joseph Petersen with the vehicle registration CY360559.

Today, Thursday 7 October, I decided to check the tracking of the parcel as I had not received it as yet and nothing had been communicated to me re this. According to the Fast n Furious tracking system, the parcel was delivered and signed for. I don't know who it was delivered to or who signed the document but it was not me.

I can then only assume that Fast n Furious have chosen to either deliver my parcel to the incorrect address (my contact number is on the waybill so how this was possible I am not sure) or the parcel was ******.

As a measure of good faith I am going to hold on to the assumption that it was delivered to the incorrect address and given to a complete stranger which says very little of the service delivery of Fast n Furious and its drivers.
