*********** / useless delivery peopl

ordered stuff from home choice .... this horrible / useless couriers was supposed to deliver the stuff on the 16/11/2018 ... since then this is one big mess . they phone and make arrangement for delivery and does not show up ... then they blame me ... i was not available .. Can somebody do something to this *********** / useless delivery people ...
