<p>I got a call from a lady that i dont even know saying she have my Avon parcel we should meet and she will give it to me, she said the driver gave it to her because the driver couldn't find me. I don't understand why would a driver leave my parcel with a total stranger, we dont even live in thr same place worse thing I live in a complex, If he couldn't find me he should have left the parcel with the security guards. Tried calling the lady with my parcel I couldn't reach her, now I am going to be liable for the stock that I didn't receive because of the competent driver.</p>

I have investigated the above complaint following on from our telephone conversation.
The driver contacted the sales leader for you area after having difficulty contacting yourself. ( this is a process requested by Avon). The sales leader requested the driver to deliver to your Zone Manager by the name of Maserura and this is the person who signed for your order. The Zone manager would then contact you to arrange delivery of your order.
Our branch manager in Polokwane has contact Maserura who advised she will call back as she is currently in a meeting.
I will revert with further feedback when available.
