I'm waiting for my avon delivery since monday , its Thursday and no parcel. I phoned this morning and the lady at the office said that the driver says he will be here at 10, its 13:00 no parcel. Phoned them again: sorry can't reach driver. Phoned again about 2 hours later - driver will be there by 16:00. Now I wait again. This is not funny anymore, I have been waiting since Monday, which means I can't go anywhere. And I have customers waiting for their stuff.
