I need my parcel

The parcel from takealot is sitting at the courier hub from the 10th of December. The hub is 20km fom my house and this is not the first time that an delivery need to bw made. Yesterday I phone the hub and apoken to the driver explaining where I live and still no delivery. How can a parcel sit at your site for 14 days and you think that its ok. The nane of the company is totaly wrong. Nothing fast and only the customers get Furious.
