I need my Avon parcel please

Please I need my Avon parcel before my customers finish the money .this driver called me while I was at work ,he said he will not come back to deliver at Cosmo city as he is done delivering and he is at fourways..he said he found the gate locked as he is lying the gate is locked at night .and there were people there . inside all day.this guy was rude and he said he doesn't care
