I am so angry

Fast & Furious courier is bad. Their service is pathetic. Was waiting for my orders since Wednesday. I was told on Friday that the driver couldn't finish his rounds he will deliver on the same day which is Friday. Later same Friday when I phoned I was told that the driver had a puncher. Today it Monday still waiting since. If you phone them they promise to call you back which they never called. I am so angry as I took my money and pay for the orders and expect people to pay me but they will not pay till they receive their orders.
