How to make you FURIOUS really FAST?????

Absolutely shocking service from this company. Tried to call them many times, but the Call Centre doesn't answer. You are put on hold for over 10 minutes, and then cut off. Emails sent to their email address (which is obviously linked to a number of people) are "read" by all, but no one bothers to reply. After someone did eventually reply, I still had no success, there is never any contact number on their emails, so you can't phone the person directly.
