horrific service

It has been a horrific 1st time experience dealing with this service provider, INCOMPETENCE at its best, 3 days ago I called to find out where my parcel is and I was told they are waiting for a drive to come back and deliver my stuff, like how many drivers do you have to have to wait for one driver. It was my first time my parcel was going to be sent by this courier and I no longer want to order from the company anymore because wow customer service is not one the the service they offer. I'm truly really gutted, I bought a gift that was suppose to be delivered days ago to this day I'm the the one calling wanting to get to the bottom of this they don't care to call and follow up.
